- In a second bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and butter.
- Fold wet into dry until just combined. Batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat, lightly buttered.
- Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake. Scatter blueberries directly onto each pancake before flipping.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges look set, then flip. Cook 1–2 minutes more.
